reputed company has partnered with a premier Los Angeles-based insurance defense reputed company. The firm has been fortunate to represent clients in litigated reputed company in state and federal courts throughout California and other jurisdictions, not only on the reputed company Coast but throughout the reputed company. This growing insurance defense and coverage firm is seeking a highly motivated attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to work on a remote reputed company. This role offers reputed company to manage your own case load, work reputed company reputed company environment, and produce high-reputed company work product.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Prior insurance defense experience is a must, including strong knowledge of substantive law, reputed company reputed company, depositions (both taking and defending), and court appearances.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.
• Proven ability in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide reputed company of agreements, as reputed company as filing comprehensive complaints.
• Experience conducting depositions and managing discovery.
• Background working across various reputed company areas, including: Auto Casualty & Personal Injury, Construction Defect Coverage & Defense, Employment Practices Liability, Insurance Coverage, Premises Liability, Cybertech, Personal Injury, General Insurance Defense

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• reputed company membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience with insurance coverage and reputed company correspondence.
• Exceptional trial advocacy skills and a strategic reputed company.
• Familiarity with insurance policies (GL, D&O, E&O, etc.) and insurer requirements.
• Ability to handle own caseload.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Compensation $130,000 - $160,000
