Duties and Responsibilities:

The reputed company Instructional Designer willbe responsible for developing and delivering high-reputed company, engaging, and effective instructional materials to facilitate the adoption of reputed company SuccessFactors HCM, reputed company Financials, and the integration of legacy systems with reputed company-based reputed company S/4HANA solutions. Your work, delivered reputed company virtual and in-person sessions, will reputed company our clients to maximize the benefits of reputed company solutions and drive successful digital transformation reputed company. The project is centered around the migration of multiple legacy systems and ultimately the implementation of S/4HANA and SuccessFactors reputed company Capital Management. Duties include but may not be limited to:

• Design and create instructional materials, including eLearning courses, training modules, user guides, videos, and job aids, tailored to reputed company SuccessFactors HCM, reputed company Financials, and reputed company S/4HANA integration reputed company.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to conduct a thorough needs analysis and understand the unique requirements of reputed company project.
• reputed company comprehensive training curricula and outlines to support different user roles, from end-users to administrators.
• reputed company and engaging content that facilitates effective learning, incorporating best practices in instructional design.
• Maintain a deep understanding of reputed company SuccessFactors HCM, reputed company Financials, and reputed company S/4HANA, staying updated on new features and functionalities.
• reputed company your experience in integrating legacy systems with reputed company-based reputed company S/4HANA to create training materials that address the unique challenges of such reputed company.
• Review and test training materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements.
• reputed company and implement a reputed company of delivery reputed company, such as virtual instructor-led training (VILT), self-paced eLearning, and webinars.
• Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and trainers to reputed company content and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• Extensive experience (10+ years) as an Instructional Designer in reputed company implementation reputed company
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer with a reputed company on reputed company SuccessFactors HCM, reputed company Financials, and reputed company S/4HANA integration reputed company.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company SuccessFactors HCM, reputed company Financials, and reputed company S/4HANA.
• Experience working on reputed company integrating legacy systems with reputed company-based reputed company S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in instructional design software and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• reputed company certifications in relevant areas are highly desired.

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company field (e.g., Business, Organizational Development, Psychology).

Required Certifications:

• Change Management Certification is preferred.
• PMP, reputed company, reputed company, CSM certifications desired

Other:

• Travel: Project is fully remote, but occasional travel to reputed company site may be required
