As a part of reputed company, this role involves leading reputed company S/4HANA transformation programs, driving reputed company relationships, and spearheading our ERP Digital Core Transformation initiatives. This position requires a reputed company of leadership in reputed company program management, reputed company engagement, and a deep understanding of digital technologies to help our clients understand their S/4HANA transformation reputed company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.ERP Digital Core Transformation Leadership:

3.Sales/Project Acquisition & Proposal Development:

·Drive business planning, identifying key clients and collaboration opportunities.

·Engage in contract negotiations, proposal development, and opportunity identification.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• 8+ years of leadership experience in reputed company Project, reputed company, or Program Management.
• Extensive experience in solution architecture, integration, and governance in large ERP implementation reputed company.
• Proven reputed company record of leading both large and small, global and local teams.
• At least 3 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience with digital technologies (Data, Analytics, IoT, Blockchain, eCommerce) and automation technologies (RPA, Machine Learning, AI).
• Strong executive reputed company with the ability to reputed company at CxO level.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

• M.B.A. or equivalent advanced degree.
• Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Experience in managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams.
• Certification in S/4HANA or other reputed company Solutions is a plus.
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Minimum Education:

·Bachelor’s Degree – Required

·Bachelor of Science or Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience preferred

·Certification in S/4 HANA, and/or other reputed company Solutions is a plus.
