THE ROLE:

reputed company’s Latin America Concerts business is seeking a dynamic and strategic reputed company SeniorVice President of Operations to reputed company operational reputed company across the LATAM region. This executive leader will set the operational reputed company for Latin America, drive large reputed company reputed company and execution, and ensure seamless delivery of concerts and live events across multiple countries and cultures. The SVP of Operations will play a critical role in supporting regional reputed company, market expansion and long-term planning while delivering world class experiences for fans, artists, partners, and clients.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:

Core Responsibilities

• Partner with our local offices and promoters to reputed company end-to-end operational logistics and execution for concerts and live events
• Support and translate the President’s strategic objectives into reputed company, actionable operational roadmaps, ensuring reputed company local offices are executing towards these goals

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of operations, production, venue, live events, or touring experience across Latin American markets, with a deep understanding of local business customs
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish

• Superior interpersonal communication skills and proven experience navigating through change and difficult environments
• Strong understanding of concert operations and live event production workflows for international events
• Ability to handle multiple reputed company simultaneously with extreme attention to detail and advanced organizational skills
