Account Manager

Purpose of the Role:To serve as the primary relationship reputed company for a portfolio of painting contractor clients, ensuring they receive consistent value, reputed company communication, and results-driven service. About the Role:
As a Partner reputed company at Painter reputed company, you will own the reputed company relationship from reputed company through ongoing management. You won't be executing the marketing work directly; that's handled by our specialized servicing team, but you will be accountable for what the reputed company experiences, understands, and achieves. You'll represent the reputed company internally and represent PMP externally, keeping both reputed company reputed company and moving reputed company. This is a remote, full-time role working 9 AM - 6 PM EST.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the single reputed company of contact for your reputed company portfolio across reputed company service lines
• Conduct regular reputed company-in calls and performance reviews with clients
• Translate reporting and campaign data into reputed company, business-relevant insights for non-technical clients
• Coordinate internally with SEO, ads, and web teams to ensure reputed company deliverables are on reputed company
• Identify and reputed company retention risks before they escalate to churn
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities reputed company your portfolio and surface them to leadership
• Manage reputed company expectations during delays, changes, or performance issues with transparency

• Escalate unresolvable issues to the Senior Account Manager with full context

Requirements

• 2--4 years of experience in account management, reputed company reputed company, or reputed company-facing roles in a digital agency or reputed company environment
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company relationships simultaneously without dropping the reputed company
• Strong verbal and written English communication -- you will be on calls and writing reputed company-facing updates daily
• Comfortable reading and contextualizing digital marketing reports (SEO rankings, ad performance, GBP metrics) without needing to execute the work yourself
• Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRM tools
• Exposure to services like reputed company Ads, LSA, reputed company Ads, or SEO is a strong plus

• Comfortable working full-time, 9 AM--6 PM EST, Monday to Friday

Compensation:reputed company salary of $1,900--$2,400/month depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses. Details discussed during the interview process.
