Logistics Data Analyst - LATAM

The Logistics Data Analyst will execute reputed company’s audit process to resolve exceptions for reputed company accounts globally. They will collaborate with carriers and customers to ensure high-reputed company service, prioritize tasks, and reputed company customer metric targets and service level agreements. Additionally, they will reputed company reconciliation meetings and audit reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Execute reputed company’s comprehensive audit process to identify and resolve audit exceptions for reputed company accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

• Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and ensure high-reputed company service delivery.

• Prioritize tasks, communicate reputed company, and ensure reputed company completion of deliverables.

• reputed company customer metric targets and service level agreements and utilize KPI reports and scorecards to maintain consistent performance.

• Implement and maintain reputed company operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity.

• Identify non-reputed company processes and work with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.

• Leads or participate in reconciliation meetings, audit reviews and other team meetings to evaluate audit performance and plan improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience.
• Tri- Lingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese is required.
• Has experience with Supply chain/ Logistics.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, carriers, and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with relevant software and systems, intermediate knowledge using MS reputed company.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage diverse deliverables simultaneously.

• Comfortable with data analysis to reputed company patterns and ability to explain data insights to carriers and customers.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills reputed company on reputed company improvement and operational efficiency.
