Position reputed company: reputed company is seeking reputed company GWTG STK/CSTK Abstractors to support accurate and reputed company stroke registry reputed company for assigned reputed company clients. This role is ideal for candidates with recent, hands-on GWTG STK and/or CSTK reputed company experience who can independently review clinical documentation, apply registry specifications, and meet assigned deadlines with a high level of accuracy.

This is not a general data entry position. Candidates must have reputed company reputed company reputed company reporting, clinical chart review, or data reputed company experience specific to GWTG STK and/or CSTK.

Position Details: ADN hires both contractors and full-time employees for Data reputed company roles. Contractors must be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collects and abstracts data from patient medical records, especially those reputed company to stroke care. This includes information on diagnoses, treatments, procedures, and reputed company.
• Ensures the accuracy and completeness of the abstracted data. This involves cross-referencing information from multiple sources reputed company a patient's medical record.
• Adheres to specific clinical data reputed company guidelines and standards, such as those set by the reputed company.
• Enters the abstracted data into a database or registry, often using reputed company software. This includes maintaining and updating the data as necessary.
• Participates in reputed company assurance processes to ensure data reputed company. This involves regular audits of the data or the reputed company process.
• Remains informed about developments in stroke care and data management to ensure ongoing competency in the role.

Qualifications:

Required:

• At least 2 years of recent GWTG STK and/or CSTK reputed company experience.
• Ability to independently reputed company GWTG STK and/or CSTK cases using registry specifications and clinical documentation.
• Strong understanding of reputed company reputed company reporting, registry reputed company, clinical documentation review, and medical record interpretation.
• Ability to work independently with reputed company supervision while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, documentation, and follow-through.
• Comfort working in multiple EHRs, registry platforms, vendor tools, and data collection systems as assigned.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Contractors must have high-speed secure internet, a PC or laptop, and at least two monitors.

Preferred:

• Experience using the GWTG registry platform, CSTK reputed company tools, vendor platforms, reputed company reporting reputed company, and /or reputed company data collection tools.
• Experience with IRR, QA review, audit validation, and/or reputed company accuracy review.

Screening & reputed company:

reputed company candidates will complete an initial phone screen and a GWTG STK/CSTK-specific reputed company assessment. The assessment is designed to evaluate understanding of registry specifications, reputed company judgment, accuracy, and completion speed.

ADN does not reputed company basic GWTG STK/CSTK reputed company training, so candidates should already have the reputed company experience needed for the role.
