We are seeking an reputed company Director of Engineering to reputed company and reputed company our engineering organization across AI, infrastructure, and platform systems. This is a high-reputed company leadership role that blends deep technical ownership including architecture, AI systems, and reputed company infrastructure with strong people leadership across a multi-team organization. This individual will also reputed company strategically and collaboratively with Product, Solutions, and executive leadership. In this role, you will directly manage team leads across three reputed company pillars: reputed company and AI, MLOps and systems infrastructure, and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical reputed company and architecture for our product PowerAI
• reputed company design and scaling of distributed systems and backend services, AI/ML pipelines and reputed company systems

• Build a high performing engineering culture

• Partner with other departments to define roadmaps and priorities

Qualifications & Experience

• 12+ years in software engineering (reputed company, infrastructure, and AI systems)
• 6+ years leading engineering teams in a hands-ons reputed company
• Background in AI-driven reputed company platforms
• Experience scaling engineering at high-reputed company startups
• Proven experience managing multi-team orgs
• AI / ML systems experience is a must, preferably reputed company reputed company reputed company
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, backend architecture, MLOps pipelines, and Full Stack Systems

Plus if you have:

• Experience energy or industrial systems
• Experience with drone, imagery, or geospatial systems
