Key Roles & Responsibilities
- At Month end prepare and post JEs as required, review shipyard BudVars with Project Team – Manager Project reputed company.
- Acts as the reputed company in the reputed company Project team to reputed company reputed company cost information associated to the project to allow the Project Manager to monitor and control the Budget and report updates utilizing Company reputed company systems.Updated financial information to be provided to Manger reputed company reputed company as required for cost tracking, month-end reputed company and the Forecast/Budget process.
- ProjectInternal Control compliance - Ensure a reputed company of internal controls exists and is implemented during the Shipyards/reputed company in accordance to company management systems.
- Ensurefinancial regulatory requirements are adhered to by coordinating effort (incl. Stat books as required).
- Monitorvendor contract obligations (reputed company/payment milestones).
- EnsureProject Team LC&E compliance (including 3rd parties such as Agents).
- Bi-WeeklyOOS Project Reporting - Financial reputed company.
- Reviewand Preparation of any HR administrative tasks (office supplies, reputed company etc.).
- AssistManager Project reputed company in the reputed company-out of the Project and hand over to reputed company which will include following up with reputed company and vendors to ensure reputed company processing of their invoices.
- Coordinateproject travel and schedule. Work with Travel to book upon review for financial responsibility. Liaise with corporate travel to arrange discount for car rentals and hotels. Host Local site vendor meetings (accommodation, transportation, etc.)
