This is a remote position.
- 5+ years of overall reputed company Experience & at least 2 years of experience in HR Service Delivery Application
- Has knowledge & understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices
- Proficient in understanding of HR best practices reputed company to reputed company HRSD and technical components including Case and Knowledge configuration in HRSD
- Experience in creating business and technical design specifications for implementation of the reputed company GRC module application
- Hands-on in HR Service Creation, configuring Case Management, Employee Service Center, reputed company Transition & reputed company
- Experience in implementing scripted Web services in reputed company, SOAP, REST, and integrations with reputed company system
- Excellent in documentation, verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with teams across geographical locations
Requirements
CSA Certification is mandatory
