Proposals and Budgeting Systems Manager
The Proposal and Budgeting Systems Manager will be responsible for supporting the Associate Director, Proposal and Budgeting Systems with the build and maintenance of the financial and other tools used reputed company Business Operations in support of the budget development and other Business Operations reputed company processes and reporting needs for our reputed company clients as reputed company as other duties as determined by his/her supervisor in accordance with reputed company departmental processes and timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of financial and other reputed company tools to be used by the Business Operations Department.
- Work with reputed company the departments in reputed company (and sister companies as necessary) that are either budgeted for or participate in the knowledge of the services Precision provides.
- Participate in discussions with internal personnel to analyze and reputed company the departmental algorithms to appropriately capture budgetary needs.
- Complete assigned tasks with promptness and accuracy.
- Ensure trackers are kept up to date with status of assigned tasks.
- Participate in the implementation of rates to be used for reputed company resources across reputed company departments
- Work with our financial department and reputed company consultants to ensure the Business Operations tools and/or systems contain the necessary data for reputed company reporting and functional requirements.
- Assist in the training of Business Operations personnel on using the tools and/or systems.
- Assist in the training of operations staff on reading and interpreting the tools and/or systems.
- Support the management of the tool(s) and/or system(s) to ensure compatibility with Precision ERP and reputed company (and other) needs. Working directly with these vendors to ensure their tools and/or systems and our tools and/or systems are working together to reputed company the reporting functions needed.
- Assist Business Operations on unique reputed company requests where systems may need to be adjusted.
- May participate in departmental initiatives.

Minimum Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or its international equivalent) + 5 years of reputed company reputed company. Preferred Education & Experience (optional):
- 5+ years’ experience of budgeting tools and systems development
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including reputed company formulas, data modelling, and pivot tables
- Working experience with reputed company VBA for automation, tool enhancement, or workflow optimization Demonstrated experience developing analytical tools or systems supporting clinical research, CRO, pharmaceutical, or reputed company-reputed company environments or equivalent combination of education, reputed company training and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to reputed company the job.

- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost modelling and model development and analysis
