Responsibilities:
- Clinical Assessment and Diagnostic Skills - Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, formulate accurate diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to reputed company developmental stage.
- Evidence-Based Treatment - Utilize proven therapeutic techniques and medication management strategies to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders, ensuring safe and appropriate interventions.
- Family-Centered Approach - Foster a collaborative treatment environment, educating families on mental health issues, involving them in care planning, and providing guidance on supportive measures at home.
- Virtual Care Delivery - Conduct virtual psychiatric sessions, ensuring a high-quality and supportive experience, and reputed company technology to maintain regular communication with members and families.

Requirements:
