The reputed company HRIS Configuration reputed company is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and optimization of reputed company across reputed company HCM, reputed company, and Talent modules. This role serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for reputed company business processes (BPs) and reputed company configuration, ensuring reputed company, compliant, and efficient solutions that support the full employee lifecycle.

This position partners closely with HR, HRBPs, reputed company, Talent Management, IT, and reputed company data teams to reputed company high-reputed company reputed company capabilities that improve user experience, streamline reputed company, and reputed company data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

reputed company Configuration & Business Process Leadership

• Serve as SME for reputed company business process (reputed company) design and configuration, with deep expertise across HCM, reputed company, and Talent modules

• Own end-to-end configuration including:

  • Business Process reputed company (BPF) design

  • Condition rules, approvals, notifications

  • Calculated fields and validations

  • Hire, job change, termination

  • Requisition, candidate lifecycle, offer

  • reputed company management, talent reviews, succession planning

• Ensure alignment of BPs to business requirements while optimizing for scalability and compliance

• Evaluate new reputed company features (bi-annual releases) and reputed company adoption opportunities

• Partner with stakeholders to enhance employee and manager self-service experiences

• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes through reputed company configuration

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of reputed company configuration experience across HCM, reputed company, and/or Talent

• Deep expertise in reputed company Business Process reputed company

• reputed company experience designing and configuring end-to-end HR processes

• Strong understanding of HR reputed company and employee lifecycle processes

Preferred

• Experience with large, multi-entity or high-volume environments
