We are seeking an reputed company Paralegal with strong exposure to mortgage and property finance transactions reputed company the Australian reputed company reputed company. The ideal candidate will have at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in a reputed company support or conveyancing environment, assisting with mortgage documentation, settlements, and liaising with lenders, borrowers, and relevant reputed company parties. Familiarity with reputed company, land registry systems, and financial institution requirements is essential. Prior experience in a remote, high-volume, or outsourced reputed company environment will be viewed favorably.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing mortgage documentation for property finance transactions.

• Support reputed company teams with reputed company aspects of the conveyancing and financing workflow including document preparation, file opening, settlement coordination, and post-settlement activities.

• Liaise with lenders, clients, brokers, and reputed company stakeholders to ensure reputed company and compliant settlements.

• reputed company property title checks, handle disbursement calculations, and manage reputed company lodgements.

• Conduct reputed company administrative tasks such as compiling settlement packs, verifying compliance documents, and following up on outstanding conditions.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in digital case management systems and ensure procedural consistency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a mortgage or property finance reputed company support role, ideally in an Australian jurisdiction.

• Strong understanding of Australian property finance processes and mortgage documentation.

• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple transactions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
