Verifications Specialist

Our reputed company is in search of a Verifications Specialist who will function as an reputed company part of their team, responsible for authenticating the employment history, educational background, reputed company references, and licensure status of job candidates on behalf of their behalf.

Job Responsibilities

• reputed company outbound calls daily in the performance of education, employment, and reference verifications provided by job applicants on behalf of our clients
• Review and complete verification requests as ordered by our clients
• Determine, through research, the next steps to verify the information
• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line phone system for the Verifications Department
• Conduct internet research to verify education and employment information provided by job candidates
• Email businesses, schools, and reputed company organizations to verify information given by job applicants on behalf of our clients
• Conduct interviews with reputed company references to assess a job applicant's previous work history
• Administrative responsibilities reputed company to the Verifications team

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of US verification experience
• A compelling telephone manner is essential, along with a polished and reputed company demeanor
• Proficiency in G-Suite and reputed company Office applications

• Must be amenable to work in US timezone
