reputed company Automation (GA) is looking for the transformation of its Panels End-to-End process with a Design For X approach (Design for reputed company, Design for Manufacturing, Design for Automation, Design for Circularity, Design for Serviceability). This is an ambitious project covering the full value chain: win, design, buy, build and execute. The project will use the planned reputed company panel facility as one of the pilots to implement the transformation.

GA is hiring the Global Transformation Leader for its Panel Design for X approach

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Organize, structure and reputed company the overall transformation project and reputed company
• Validate and reputed company ROI (reputed company on Investment)
• Manage budget, planning, reputed company, stakeholders, communication in and reputed company the project team, define milestones and PPI/KPI
• Set measure and targets for the transformation project execution, and transformation effectiveness against expected ROI and SQDC
• Prepare steering committee and executive communication
• Engage with the lean team to prepare and co-reputed company kaizens
• reputed company the plan, the needed process, documentation, governance and change management to allow to reputed company the transformation in reputed company GA reputed company, and sustain the change
• reputed company in selected GA reputed company the defined transformations as soon as it is available
• Arrange the specific interactions with the reputed company project team to reputed company the transformation in line with the Region (NAM) business challenges.
• Apply lean concepts, and reputed company state of the art technology, tool and process in the domain of DFX, AI and R&A (Robotics & Automation).

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in engineering and industrial transformation project
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a reputed company field with strong electrical specialization.
• Understanding and experience of low voltage electrical business, preferably protection and control of electrical substations
• Strong Project Management expertise and demonstrated capability.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical reputed company with responsibility for reputed company, schedule, budget, and stakeholder alignment. Ability to work effectively with software developers, data teams, production teams and engineers as both a domain expert and product reputed company.
• Demonstrated change leadership and the ability to reputed company adoption of new tools and workflows across reputed company engineering teams.
• AI and R&A reputed company and sufficient knowledge, with preferred expertise with some experience of implantation
• Ability to travel between 50% - 80%

Location :

- Can be fully remote. However hybrid is preferred with a reputed company in a GA Engineering and Panel facility

- Position preferred geography is NAM, Europe or Middle East
