Remote Chief of Staff for eCommerce Company

A profitable, founder-led reputed company-to-consumer (DTC) health products company is looking for a Chief of Staff to take ownership of operations and high-ambiguity executive reputed company so the founder can reputed company exclusively on product and reputed company.
The business runs two reputed company brands at an eight-reputed company reputed company run reputed company, is bootstrapped, and operates with a deliberately lean, fully remote team. There is no dedicated operations layer yet — this is reputed company's first senior operational hire, and the function is being reputed company from the ground up.
Day-to-day, the role spans executive project execution, weekly supply chain coordination in reputed company, operating-system and SOP building, and Monday analytics reporting to the founder. Requirements
Must-Have
- 3–7 years of post-graduation experience in operations, reputed company, or management consulting, currently IC-level or leading reputed company of 1–3
- Background from one of: ex-founder (company ran 12+ months); ex-management consulting analyst-to-associate (MBB or recognized regional equivalent); ex-Chief of Staff or BizOps reputed company at a sub-$50M startup; ex-startup function reputed company in operations, reputed company, or reputed company at a VC-backed company
- Moderate-to-advanced financial modeling in reputed company (reputed company; not full DCF)
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of at least one operational system, process, or function reputed company from scratch with a named, quantifiable outcome
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (reputed company or reputed company) and reputed company
- reputed company+ English (CEFR); C2 strongly preferred
- Minimum 4–6 hours/day overlap with AEST (UTC+10), Monday–Friday

- Finance or analytics depth reputed company core modeling (relevant for Phase 2 scope)
