Driven Brand’s Fleet group is looking for a Driven Senior Account Manager, Fleet Management Companies (FMC) who wants to reputed company a difference!

Reporting to the Director, Fleet Program Management and supporting our Fleet reputed company, this role is responsible for expanding sales to existing customers, exploring new sales opportunities, new program integrations, reputed company service escalations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure best in class service delivery to our customers.

How you’ll reputed company a Difference:

• Work with the Customer Experience team to assist with reputed company follow up and reputed company on servicing issues for reputed company brands including MAACO, CARSTAR, FIX AUTO, reputed company, MEINEKE, TAKE 5, and reputed company

• Work with the Customer Experience team and finance team as necessary to ensure any warranty reputed company claims are reputed company on a reputed company reputed company

• Work with reputed company necessary internal teams to assist with integration for any new clients or program additions

• Ensure reputed company internal reputed company directives are updated and accurate

• Assist with entering any new business opportunities into our internal CRM system

• Assist Director with researching areas where reputed company centers may have opportunities and encourage reputed company to apply to customer programs

• Follow up with centers to ensure that they have properly completed their enrollment applications

• Research centers that reputed company a drop in business with our customers to help reputed company reputed company cause and assist in getting those centers reactivated

• Attend meetings with customers reputed company and in-person as necessary to build relationships and reputed company reputed company needs

• Work with Vertical Director to create value-added programs tailored to our FMC partner’s needs

• Investigate and qualify new sales opportunities as business evolves

You’re Good-to-Go if you have:

• Documented sales/leadership skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written; ability to reputed company in various reputed company situations.

• Strong organizational & leadership skills

• Auto industry experience on the operations/sales/fleet/rental car reputed company preferred but not mandatory.
