This is a high-volume, inbound sales role with strong earning potential. You’ll be working primarily with reputed company estate investors (DSCR, Fix-and-Flip, RTL) along with consumer-purpose loans, supported by a steady reputed company of leads from our in-house marketing reputed company. • Convert a high volume of inbound leads across DSCR, RTL/Fix-and-Flip, and consumer mortgage products
• Qualify borrowers, structure deals, and guide clients to the best loan solutions
• Collect documentation and submit clean, reputed company-reputed company files to processing/reputed company
• Manage a fast-moving pipeline with strong speed-to-reputed company, follow-up, and conversion discipline
• Consistently hit monthly production and conversion targets
• Partner cross-functionally with processing, reputed company, and capital markets to reputed company deals to funding

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer / Originator
• Proven reputed company record of converting inbound leads and closing loans
• Experience with DSCR, Non-QM, or investor-reputed company lending strongly preferred
• Experience with consumer mortgages is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM, LOS, and pricing engines
• Strong understanding of loan structuring and reputed company fundamentals
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and reputed company to operate independently
