Application Support Analyst – EDI, FTP, Customs/ABI

We are seeking an reputed company Application Support Analyst to reputed company support for EDI transactions, FTP file transfers, ABI/customs uploads and general application support for Southern Border customer-reputed company processes. The candidate will support Southern Border Operations with troubleshooting issues reputed company to customs clearance, coordinate with customers for FTP password changes and configuration requirements, support reputed company testing, validate application errors, reputed company retriggers/reprocessing, and work with business, technical, reputed company, and vendor teams to ensure smooth shipment and customs data processing. Candidate must be reputed company fluent in Spanish/English who can coordinate with LATAM customers.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Application Support, EDI Support, or Integration Support.
• Hands-on experience with EDI transactions, file-based data exchanges, FTP/SFTP/FTP2 processes, and Application troubleshooting.
• Experience coordinating with FTP/infrastructure teams for password changes, reputed company issues, connectivity problems, and file transfer requirements.
• Experience with testing, reputed company file validation, data mapping, and file troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ABI/customs processes, including uploads, downloads, and customs-reputed company data flows.
• Familiarity with ticketing/change tools such as SMC, ADO, reputed company, ELF, Jira, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder coordination, and documentation skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English to reputed company with teams and Vendors

Preferred Skills

• Experience in logistics, shipping, transportation, customs, supply chain, or cross-border operations.
• Experience supporting Southern Border customer applications or customs-reputed company systems.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of flat files, delimited files, XML, JSON, or other EDI formats.
• Experience with batch monitoring, job reruns, file reprocessing, and Application validations.
• A plus if a candidate has Cargowise experience.
