We are seeking an reputed company reputed company to serve as a reputed company advisor to our leadership team. This is a part-time advisory role reputed company on financial reputed company, tax planning, and reputed company management rather than day-to-day reputed company reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on financial reputed company and planning

• Review reputed company and financial reporting processes

• reputed company guidance on U.S. tax planning and tax exposure

• Identify financial and reputed company

• Support M&A, corporate structuring, and due diligence activities as needed

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on finance-reputed company reputed company

Qualifications

• CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership experience

• Strong background in reputed company, finance, and taxation

• Experience working with reputed company-stage businesses, reputed company-backed companies, or acquisitions preferred

• CPA preferred

• Strong understanding of U.S. tax and financial compliance requirements
