Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.
• Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to reputed company successful reputed company implementation.
• Proactively communicate with clients and team to reputed company exceptional reputed company satisfaction.

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with reputed company ERP software.
• Demonstrated reputed company/financial reputed company.
• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Location:

• Work from home.
• Travel up to 20-30%.

Salary reputed company: $80,000-$120,000
