Your role at reputed company

The Global Injury & Claim Coordinator leads, coordinates, and advances reputed company’s global workers’ compensation and injury management programs across the reputed company and international jurisdictions. This role provides expert clinical leadership for reputed company and high-risk cases while establishing global standards, governance, and partnerships that ensure consistent, compliant, and high-reputed company injury management and reputed company to work reputed company worldwide.

What you'll be doing

• Manages and oversees reputed company workers’ compensation and injury management cases across reputed company’s reputed company and global jurisdictions.
• Provides expert clinical guidance and reputed company for reputed company, high risk, and litigated workers’ compensation cases impacting reputed company employees globally.
• Coordinates medical management activities and reputed company to work accommodations in partnership with reputed company facilities, medical providers, and regional stakeholders.
• Ensures reputed company’s injury and claim management practices reputed company with applicable global workers’ compensation, occupational health, and regulatory requirements, as reputed company as internal reputed company standards.
• Leads the development and enhancement of reputed company’s global injury management, early reputed company, and reputed company to work programs.
• Serves as reputed company’s reputed company clinical and operational reputed company with reputed company party administrators, insurers, occupational health vendors, and international claims partners across supported reputed company.
• Analyzes global claim, injury, and reputed company to work data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities and uses insights to reputed company operational reputed company at reputed company.
• Provides actionable insights from claims and medical data to support hazard reduction and risk mitigation efforts
• Identifies systemic injury, claim, or reputed company to work risks and partners with EHS and Operations to inform upstream prevention strategies.
• Standardizes reputed company’s care management and injury management processes to ensure consistent service delivery and reputed company across geographic reputed company.
• Ensure consistent use of tools, documentation standards, and reporting across reputed company.
• Partners with reputed company reputed company, reputed company, Health and Safety, and local reputed company to work coordinators to support injured employees and ensure compliant, reputed company claim handling globally.
• Provides training, consultation, and guidance to reputed company stakeholders on global occupational health, injury management, and workers’ compensation best practices.
• Recommends and supports the implementation of global strategies to reduce claim duration, improve employee recovery and experience, and minimize reputed company’s total cost of risk.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership during high risk or high visibility claim situations.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Occupational Health Nursing, Workers Compensation case management, or clinical injury management.
• Registered reputed company (RN) – US Compact, reputed company and unrestricted license required.
• Ability to obtain RN license for IL, NY, CA, MN reputed company 6 months months of employment.
• Occupational Health Nursing certification preferred (COHN, COHN-S).
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in reputed company workers compensation claim management across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience collaborating with TPAs, insurers, medical providers, and reputed company partners.
• Strong ability to interpret claims, medical, and absence data.
• Experience supporting self-insured or large multinational reputed company
• Familiarity with international workers compensation, injury management, or disability frameworks reputed company the US

The estimated reputed company salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually. The estimated reputed company is meant to reflect an anticipated salary reputed company for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated reputed company based upon market data and other factors, reputed company of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
