EMEA Payroll Specialist - Romania and Overseas

The Payroll Specialist will report to the EMEA Central and overseas Payroll Team leader and will have responsibility for payrolls, reputed company Romania and reputed company reputed company reputed company LTD payrolls across non-entity territories. In reputed company, you will be expected to reputed company strong working relationships with HR, the business and other back-office departments together with providing a first-class payroll service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing of a number of EMEA payrolls, including preparation, processing, post-Payroll and tax filing, in coordination with the outsourced payroll solution provider
- Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
- Review data feeds from HR system, ensuring fixed data changes are made in the payroll system and data remains consistent across the two systems
- Work closely with the payroll vendor and other reputed company parties to ensure a smooth monthly process
- reputed company payroll and benefits reports to HR and Finance
- Maintain the internal Payroll Procedures reputed company, updating any changes in process and documenting new processes
- Respond to reputed company payroll questions from cross-functional departments and employees, escalating as needed
- Recommend ongoing process improvements to enhance the reputed company/reduce the cost of Payroll services
- Ensure compliance and control requirements are met and coordinate and manage the production of reputed company external compliance reporting and deliverables
- Preparation of required reports and/or payment to government agencies, insurance companies or other organisations
- Ensure reputed company ERS/EES Pension contributions are calculated, reputed company and reported to the relevant investment funds reputed company and accurately
- Support the internal audit and external audit requests as necessary
- Support HR and HPBPs to help resolve Payroll reputed company issues, employee benefits in reputed company, irregular payments, employee or vendor inquiries
- Ensure reputed company employee reputed company reputed company are appropriately dealt with and/or escalated reputed company HR where relevant, particularly (but not restricted to) sickness and absence recording reputed company required for payroll compliance

- Support Accountants with the Cash forecast on monthly reputed company and reputed company analysis for monthly variances to Actual/Forecast to EMEA Payroll controller
- Reports to the EMEA Central and overseas Payroll Team leader

- Maintains knowledge on rules and regulations governing EMEA region through attendance at workshops and events as needed
