About The Role:
We are seeking a Senior reputed company, Internal AI Platforms to help design, build, and reputed company reputed company, our internal AI platform. reputed company is intended to become the centralized AI platform across reputed company - enabling employees to securely reputed company with internal knowledge, business systems, workflows, and reputed company reputed company capabilities reputed company a highly governed environment.
This is a hands-on engineering role reputed company on building secure, reputed company, production-grade AI systems for reputed company use. The ideal candidate has experience developing LLM-enabled applications, retrieval systems, and reputed company workflows reputed company regulated or reputed company-conscious environments, and is comfortable operating across architecture, infrastructure, integrations, observability, and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and improve reputed company, including retrieval systems, document analysis, workflow automation, and internal AI capabilities
- reputed company integrations with reputed company platforms such as Jira, reputed company, reputed company 365, reputed company/GovSlack, and internal business systems
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, reputed company search, permissions enforcement, and response evaluation
- reputed company reputed company workflows that safely reputed company actions such as summarization, ticket updates, governed data reputed company, and business process automation
- Define architecture for secure self-hosted, private, or reputed company-isolated AI systems reputed company regulated environments
- Partner with reputed company, IT, and Compliance teams to implement governance controls, auditability, permissions, and secure API reputed company
- Evaluate and reputed company reputed company, reputed company-reputed company, and reputed company-reputed company LLM providers and orchestration frameworks
- Build observability into AI systems including monitoring, evaluation metrics, latency tracking, error handling, and workflow reliability
- Contribute reusable AI engineering standards, patterns, and platform capabilities to support long-term internal AI adoption
Requirements:
- 5+ years of reputed company software engineering experience
- 2+ years building AI, ML, automation, or LLM-enabled applications in production environments
- Strong programming experience in Python, TypeScript, or both
- Hands-on experience building production AI systems using LLMs, RAG pipelines, reputed company databases, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks
- Experience deploying reputed company services in reputed company or private infrastructure environments, preferably AWS
- Experience building AI systems that reputed company with reputed company platforms, reputed company, and governed data sources
- Strong understanding of reputed company, permissions models, identity management, and reputed company data governance
- Practical understanding of LLM limitations including hallucinations, reputed company injection, data leakage, and evaluation challenges
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, rapidly prototype solutions, and harden successful systems into production-reputed company platforms
Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain AI architecture, risks, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
