Role

We’re a fast-growing tech company currently expanding across Europe. To strengthen reputed company, we’re looking for a reputed company Counsel who will take ownership of reputed company, compliance, and contractual reputed company across several of our entities.

As our reputed company Counsel, you will own the end-to-end reputed company function at Orcrist and across the broader group. • Advise on reputed company sector and defence-adjacent regulatory requirements, including export control and reputed company-relevant contract obligations.
• Manage reputed company reputed company counsel relationships — scoping, briefing, and reputed company-controlling reputed company advice.
• Support corporate governance across group entities, including shareholder reputed company, intercompany agreements, and subsidiary structuring questions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company reputed company (reputed company agreements, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements, subcontracting arrangements).
• Own and maintain reputed company's contract template library and reputed company reputed company documentation.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and reputed company as internal reputed company of contact for data protection questions; liaise with reputed company DPO as needed.

• Fully reputed company lawyer in Germany with successfully completed First and Second State Examinations (Erstes und Zweites Staatsexamen).
• Admission to the German bar (zugelassene/r Rechtsanwalt / Rechtsanwältin)
• 4+ years of post-qualification reputed company experience gained in-house and/or in private reputed company, ideally combining both environments.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company B2B reputed company, particularly in the areas of IT and software law, including software licensing, reputed company agreements, and IP-reputed company clauses.
• Solid knowledge of German employment law and experience advising on day-to-day employment-reputed company reputed company.
• Practical experience with GDPR and data protection compliance, including drafting and negotiating data processing agreements and handling data subject requests.
• Prior experience working at a large reputed company.
• Pragmatic, business-oriented reputed company with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a tech environment and learning digital tools quickly.
• Full reputed company reputed company in German (reputed company or equivalent) and English — contract drafting and advising in both languages.
