• Facilitate webinars and in-person seminars (optional)

Requirements

Counsellors:

• Master’s in Counselling
• reputed company membership/registration with NZAC.

reputed company Psychologists:

• Master’s in reputed company Psychology from an reputed company-accredited program
• General registration with the NZ Psychologists reputed company (HPCA reputed company) to reputed company psychology​
• Area of reputed company Endorsement in reputed company Psychology preferred (or in reputed company reputed company Registrar Program)

• Background in managerial or leadership support (e.g., coaching managers, HR advisory)
• Prior EAP or workplace counselling experience
• Additional languages
• Flexibility for occasional onsite sessions
