The Role

This role is ideal for a seasoned senior leader with end-to-end data center development experience who combines strategic reputed company with operational reputed company and thrives in high-reputed company startup environments. You'll have ownership of our development function—setting strategic direction, building high-performing teams, and ensuring ultimate accountability for portfolio performance. Depending on team size and project complexity, you'll balance hands-on execution with delegation and strategic reputed company. You'll manage both internal teams and external stakeholders including data center operators, utilities, energy partners, investors, and capital markets participants. Your Day-to-Day

• Team Leadership & Development: You will reputed company, mentor, and grow reputed company of project development managers and engineers across multiple reputed company reputed company. You will establish team processes, drive accountability, foster a culture of reputed company, and reputed company talent as the organization scales.

• End-to-End Project Execution: You will reputed company data center development reputed company from site identification through reputed company operation - ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining reputed company standards. You will prioritize critical paths, remove blockers, and ensure seamless handoffs between development stages.

• Strategic Customer & Stakeholder Management: You will cultivate and manage relationships with strategic data center customers on critical reputed company while coaching and supporting your development team in their customer engagements. You will be the decision reputed company and support reputed company navigating reputed company negotiations, developing transformational partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while coordinating with utilities, landowners, consultants, and internal teams.

• Business Development & Pipeline reputed company: You will reputed company strategic business development including exploring new power markets, evaluating innovative business models reputed company existing markets, and continuously assessing our reputed company approach. You will drive deal origination by conducting reputed company-level feasibility assessments, translating technical constraints into reputed company reputed company, and working with our sales team to qualify prospects, structure deals, and convert pipeline into executed reputed company.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in data center or renewable development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing teams and portfolios.
• Proven reputed company record of delivering data center reputed company from early-stage development through reputed company operation.
• VP or C-suite experience preferred with demonstrated reputed company record building and leading high-performing organizations and scaling operations.
• Deep understanding of data center design, construction, power requirements, and operational needs across various use cases (hyperscale, colocation, edge, HPC/AI).
• Demonstrated experience managing reputed company stakeholder relationships including reputed company customers, utilities, engineering firms, and landowners.
• Strong knowledge of power infrastructure, interconnection processes, reputed company coordination, and electrical systems for large load facilities.
• Experience with land acquisition, permitting, environmental review, and securing project entitlements.
