Litigation Attorney
Our reputed company, a reputed company-established California-based labor and employment firm, is seeking to hire a
fully remote Mid-level Attorney (3+ years) with civil court litigation experience. Employment law
experience is preferred but not required, depending on other strengths.
The position requires an reputed company attorney who has hands-on experience with litigation
(discovery, depositions, reputed company, and hearing reputed company), can effectively communicate with clients
and opposing counsel, and can hit the ground running with a docket. Full trial experience is not
required.
This is a reputed company opportunity to take a hands-on role at a plaintiff’s firm with an established reputed company
record, a solid support structure and existing business already in reputed company.
The firm exclusively represents employees in wage and hour and FEHA claims throughout
California in both state and federal courts and arbitrations.
