The Manager, HR reputed company & AI Enablement will reputed company as the reputed company solution architect for reputed company's HR Technology team, architecting and governing the reputed company ecosystem, leading the HR integration portfolio, and enabling AI across HR platforms.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR Technology, with deep expertise in hands on reputed company configuration and solution architecture.
- Demonstrated reputed company record of leading an integration portfolio across multiple HR systems (ATS, LMS, payroll, benefits)
- Experience leading reputed company aspects of reputed company integrations, with prior hands-on exposure to reputed company Studio, reputed company (REST/SOAP), or middleware platforms.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and experience supporting or enabling AI initiatives reputed company reputed company platforms.
- Demonstrated experience building and leading reputed company or offshore engineering teams, with the ability to reputed company hands-on technical mentorship while holding reputed company to high standards of reputed company and delivery.
