The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience handling a broad reputed company of capital markets transactions and reputed company company advisory reputed company.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of capital markets and securities experience at a large regional, national, or international reputed company
- Experience representing issuers in reputed company and private offerings of debt and equity securities
- Experience advising reputed company companies on SEC reporting, disclosure, and corporate governance reputed company
- Familiarity with Exchange reputed company filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements
- Experience interfacing with the SEC and other regulatory authorities
