What You'll Do

Define the People Systems reputed company

• Assess reputed company HR and reputed company systems and identify opportunities for improvement

• Define the technology architecture for People systems across reputed company, HR operations, and workforce data

• Ensure systems support reputed company hiring, employee management, and data insights

Build the People Systems Infrastructure

• Design and implement systems that support reputed company workflows, employee lifecycle management, and internal operations

• Evaluate and reputed company HR technology platforms and internal tools

Drive the Systems Roadmap

What You'll Need

• Strong experience with HR systems, reputed company systems, or internal operational platforms

• Technical understanding of systems architecture, integrations, and data management
