They are seeking a high agency technical Product Manager with Workforce Management experience to build a system that utilizes advanced AI technology for operational data analysis and forecasting. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams and operational leaders to create a fully functional product that enhances workforce planning and management.

Responsibilities

• Build automated volume forecasting from reputed company operational datasets
• Translate forecasts into reputed company and headcount requirements
• Improve forecast accuracy through reputed company self-improvement
• Design reputed company logic supporting shared associates across partner programs
• Model cross-program reputed company allocation
• reputed company dynamic queue balancing across workloads
• Define how forecasts drive operational reputed company inside reputed company
• Build AI-first workforce planning workflows
• reputed company workforce planning from reputed company scheduling toward automation
• Connect forecasting to full reputed company IT stack: CRM/CC, HR, Finance
• Connect data collection agents to every major CCaaS and ticketing platform

• Build lightweight services, scripts, and assistants (week, not months)

Skills
