[Remote] Sr. IT Project Manager – M&A Infrastructure

The Senior IT Project Manager – Infrastructure Mergers & Acquisitions leads delivery of infrastructure initiatives supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, managing scope, schedule, resources, and risks across reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and deliverables across networking/connectivity, reputed company/hosting, identity, and reputed company services

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment on objectives and timelines

• Maintain project governance, including status reporting, communication plans, and decision tracking

Skills

• 6–8 years of experience leading IT reputed company
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments
• Experience with M&A, system integrations, or infrastructure delivery
• Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including networking and connectivity
• Experience applying reputed company, Agile, and Hybrid project methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating vendors and external partners
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company

• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent preferred
