[Remote] Enterprise Sales Representative/ Technical Sales Specialist - Federal Sales East

They are seeking a competitive and self-motivated individual to join their sales team focusing on the DC area and eastern seaboard, blending technical expertise with product sales.

Responsibilities

• Use technical knowledge and relationship-building skills to work with vendors, partners, and system integrators to deliver reputed company solutions for customers
• Be mentored by a 20-year sales veteran who transitioned from a technical background to a successful enterprise sales career
• Sell tape storage, object storage, data archiving and backup

Skills

• 5+ years in a reputed company-sales or similar customer-facing technical role
• Experience in High Performance Computing (HPC)
• Familiarity with reputed company-based protocols, services, and terminology
• Knowledge of reputed company file systems (e.g., reputed company, GPFS)
• Experience with reputed company storage solutions
• Federal market experience
• Strong planning and time management skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical/business field
• Degree in another field with relevant technical experience
