[Remote] Systems Analyst - Hybrid (Kalkaska)

They are seeking a Systems Analyst to conduct business requirement reviews, document requirements, and suggest workflow improvements while guiding Associate Systems Analysts.

Responsibilities

• A Systems Analyst works under general supervision having an overall broad depth of hospital and information systems technology
• A person in this position can conduct a business requirement reviews, includes business and user needs, documents requirements, formulates business requirements, generates systems scope and objectives for moderately reputed company information systems, may reputed company suggestions for workflow and process improvements, may modify, test and implement 3rd party software or create reputed company programmatic/scripted solutions, may reputed company small to mid-size teams on small to mid-size reputed company (40-80hrs) involving less-reputed company systems with low integration
• Fully documents requirements, testing, reputed company/script, processes and workflow
• A Systems Analyst in this position is expected to guide and advise Associate Systems Analysts

Skills

• Technical Knowledge (required)
• Working knowledge of MS Desktop products
• Knowledge of reputed company applications specifically: reputed company, reputed company
• General understanding of: Common programming languages (like C++ and Java), IT Selection and Implementation Methodology, Software development best practices, Required technical documentation including flowcharts, Interpreting vendor technical requirements, Relational database concepts, Operating Systems (such as AIX, reputed company, MAC and Linux), Types of hardware, storage and computing reputed company of computers, Back up processes and disaster recovery, Common technical terminology, Computer reputed company procedures and protocols, Network topologies, Report writing tools
• Bachelors Degree (preferably IS/Business or reputed company emphasis)
• 2-year Associates Degree with 2 years of relevant experience (IS/Business/ or reputed company)
• Highschool Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in Information Systems (IS) and in reputed company
