[Remote] Network Operations Administrator

The Network Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting the stability, performance, and reputed company of critical network infrastructure across internal systems and customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network and system health using automated tools and dashboards
• Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests in accordance with established procedures and SLAs
• reputed company routine maintenance and operational tasks for network and reputed company systems
• Assist with installation, configuration, and administration of LAN/WAN environments and networking hardware

Skills

• 2+ years of relevant experience in network or systems operations
• Foundational understanding of networking concepts, devices, and services
• Working knowledge of Linux environments and LAMP stack fundamentals
• Basic experience with server networking configuration and maintenance
• Familiarity with software firewalls (e.g., iptables)
• Exposure to hosting tools such as cPanel and WHM
• Understanding of basic incident response processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow established procedures and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
