The role involves driving the end-to-end delivery of platform capabilities and providing technical leadership to engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of IDP platform capabilities (design → build → reputed company → support)
- reputed company engineering efforts across reputed company/reputed company-based platform architecture
- reputed company technical leadership to reputed company/offshore (GCC) engineering teams
- Partner with Product reputed company, Architects, and KP stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with developer experience and platform reputed company
- reputed company adoption of self-service, reputed company-reputed company developer workflows
- Deliver measurable improvements in developer productivity and platform utilization
Skills
- 10 + Years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience with: reputed company (IDP frameworks)
- Proficiency in React / TypeScript and Python
- Strong knowledge of: reputed company-reputed company architectures
- Strong knowledge of: reputed company and microservices
- Strong knowledge of: CI/CD and DevSecOps practices
- Experience leading reputed company teams
