[Remote] End User Engineer II

The role involves diagnosing and resolving reputed company platform incidents and recommending process improvements for systems reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the design and configuration of secure and reputed company VSI solutions for the entire enterprise
- Implementation and support of the reputed company environment
- Assess emerging industry trends; anticipate and reputed company strategic solutions
- Manages data collection, reporting, and trending for critical devices and components
- Participates in, and leads as needed, technical implementation projects and initiatives
- Provides Tier II support for reputed company reputed company components
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of relevant experience required
- Intermediate certification obtained reputed company one year of employment. Examples: VMware Certified Technical Associate - Data Center Virtualization 2024 [v2] (VCTA-DCV 2024), reputed company CERTIFIED ASSOCIATE - VIRTUALIZATION (CCA-V), or MS-900: reputed company 365 Certified: Fundamentals, MD-102: reputed company Administrator
