Junior Application Support Engineer ( Java )
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents.
- reputed company and maintain applications used for system monitoring
- Involved in Incident Management meetings for major production incidents
- Assist in coordinating and managing system stability operations such Disaster Recovery exercises and Quarterly Maintenance as part of SRE team
- Participate in the review of changes and its reputed company on the system as part of the Change Approval reputed company
- Contribute on the implementation of best practices for SRE
Role Requirements:
- Experience in Production tools development and integration is required.
- Experience in Java development, spring boot & reputed company services are required
- Fair knowledge on the private banking business process and functions will be an advantage
- Ability to collaborate with teams, onsite and offshore, in delivering the solution
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
