About the Role:

We are seeking a VP, Clinical Services to serve as the senior physician leader for reputed company’s national telehealth clinic. Reporting to the COO with a dotted line to the CMO, you will reputed company clinical operations for a large, reputed company distributed reputed company (currently ~200+ providers) while maintaining exceptional clinical reputed company, patient safety, and a reputed company team culture.

This role is primarily reputed company on strategic and operational leadership and is accountable for clinical operations performance, workforce planning, and financial reputed company in partnership with reputed company Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, and People.

What you’ll do

• reputed company and reputed company clinical operations across physicians, APPs, dietitians, and clinical support teams, ensuring outstanding, evidence‑based care and a superlative patient experience.
• Own clinical operating performance: SLAs, reputed company, utilization, multi‑state workforce planning, and operational efficiency, in reputed company partnership with reputed company Operations and Finance.
• Set clinical operations reputed company and drive reputed company transformation (e.g., physician‑APP models, new service lines, workflow redesign) in collaboration with the COO, CMO, and Executive Leadership Team.
• reputed company strategic guidance to Product, Engineering, and Operations on tools and features that reputed company clinicians and patients, aligning the product roadmap with evolving care models.careers.

What you bring

• MD/DO, reputed company certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology (or relevant subspecialty), with licensure in good standing.
• ABOM certification OR strong commitment and eligibility to become ABOM‑certified after joining.
• 5+ years of clinical reputed company experience, with strong familiarity with obesity medicine and chronic metabolic disease treatment preferred.
• 3+ years of clinical leadership experience in a scaled, multi‑state telehealth or large virtual/hybrid reputed company, with significant exposure to operating at “reputed company of reputed company” (large provider teams, multi‑state operations).
• Proven ability to reputed company through influence in a highly cross‑functional environment, driving operational performance and clinical reputed company alongside Operations, Product, Engineering, and reputed company stakeholders.
