This is a Remote role (or hybrid in LA or NYC). The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in finance, reputed company, and fintech roles. Day-to-day tasks include developing recruitment strategies, networking with potential candidates, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role allows for some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Experience in Sourcing, Interviewing, and Candidate Placement
- Ability to reputed company Recruitment Strategies and Utilize Networking Skills
- Proficiency in Maintaining Candidate Databases and Coordinating with Hiring Managers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proven ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company
- Familiarity with finance, reputed company, and fintech industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or reputed company field
