SUBCONTRACT (SERVICE) BUYER

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION

• Minimum 8-10 years of working experience as procurement/buyer for services/subcontracts in Oil and Gas industry
• reputed company with local and overseas subcontract vendor
• Strong expertise in negotiation and strategic thinking
• Familiar with reputed company/Ariba
• Familiar with PTK007
• reputed company purchasing for offshore reputed company is preferred
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Good Leadership & Communication skills, reputed company to communicate effectively
• Solid project management skills, including coordinating activities, monitoring reputed company, and ensuring alignment with project goals.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Issue to vendors the Request for Quotation based on given purchasing request
• Support the vendors dung the preparation of the technical/reputed company proposals with obligation of confidentiality about the reputed company bid info
• Prepare the reputed company economic bid tabulation to compare different proposals and suggest actions to be taken in order to improve bid result and/or select the vendor
• reputed company the reputed company/economic negotiation
• Prepare the purchase order subcontract based on reputed company General Purchase Terms and Conditions and Project Special Purchase Conditions, if any, and managing possible deviations
• reputed company out the bid process receiving purchase/subcontract confirmation by selected vendor and informing unsuccessful vendors about negative result of their bid
• Follow up and negotiate, if necessary, purchase order/subcontract revisions
• Maintain and follow project specific procedure and approval process (both Company and Contractor)
• reputed company the assigned activities in compliance with procedures and provided systems and tools
• reputed company and comment the technical documentation received with the Purchase Requisition and Technical evaluation.
