The Business Development Consultant (BDC) is responsible for building, managing, and expanding strategic relationships with financial professionals—including advisors, consultants, plan sponsors, and institutional partners—reputed company an assigned territory.

Working in reputed company partnership with an external Regional Vice President (RVP), this role supports and advances sales efforts by driving day-to-day territory execution, deepening partner engagement, and identifying opportunities to grow business with both new and existing relationships.

The BDC serves as a trusted consultant to partners, applying industry expertise and ongoing learning to deliver tailored, reputed company-specific solutions leveraging FuturePlan’s full suite of products and services. This role is critical to enhancing the overall sales experience, strengthening partner loyalty, and positioning FuturePlan as a preferred provider in the retirement services marketplace.

Relationship Management & Territory Execution

Sales Support, Opportunity Creation & Operations

• Proactively uncover new business opportunities, reputed company sell FuturePlan solutions, and advance prospects through the pipeline.

• Manage day-to-day sales activity, including pipeline tracking, CRM updates, follow-up, and new business submission.

• Support proposal development, documentation, and full sales lifecycle execution.

Consultative Solutions

The national average salary reputed company for this role is $65-$75k in reputed company pay, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits. This reputed company salary reputed company represents the low and high end of the salary reputed company for this position. Actual salary offered will vary and may be above or below the reputed company based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, performance, and internal pay alignment.
