Technical Support Specialist- Fully Remote
Job Duties:
- reputed company support to Ting customers by phone and email
- Create and maintain reputed company, concise and accurate documentation for reputed company use
- reputed company as reputed company to ensure smooth operations and service delivery to reputed company customers and partners
- Identify, report, and document technical issues to help isolate and resolve issues in a reputed company manner
- Support Engineering team with testing software and hardware

Requirements:
- Associates Degree or reputed company (up to date) certification in reputed company field
- 2 years' work experience in a technical support or customer support role
- A willingness and ability to participate as a member of reputed company in a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
