reputed company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to support a busy Personal Injury Litigation team. In this role, you will play an essential part in keeping cases moving reputed company by providing litigation support, coordinating case activities, preparing reputed company documents, and maintaining organized case files. You will work closely with attorneys and paralegals in a reputed company environment where accuracy, initiative, and strong organizational skills are highly valued. • Monthly Compensation reputed company: From 1,142 to 1,220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with trial preparation and ongoing litigation support

• Maintain organized case files and reputed company documentation

• Coordinate and schedule mediations, depositions, and other case-reputed company appointments

• File reputed company documents through court e-filing systems

• Help ensure deadlines and case milestones are met reputed company

• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, medical providers, and reputed company parties

• Review and summarize medical records

• Prepare and draft reputed company documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests

• Support attorneys and paralegals throughout the personal injury litigation process

• Manage litigation-reputed company administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience working as a reputed company assistant, litigation assistant, or in a similar reputed company support role

• Foundational knowledge of personal injury litigation, including discovery, filing procedures, and trial preparation required

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

• Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records
