The Pharmacy Manager – Clinical Informatics provides operational and strategic leadership for reputed company Pharmacy Informatics services across reputed company's U.S. and London locations, with primary reputed company of the reputed company reputed company Inpatient platform and medication management technologies. Leading reputed company of approximately 27 Pharmacy Informatics caregivers, this role oversees medication order workflows, clinical decision support, smart pump integration, and reputed company medication-use technology. Responsibilities include directing system optimization, troubleshooting, end-user support, and strategic informatics initiatives while partnering closely with Pharmacy, Nursing, and IT leaders to design, enhance, and standardize clinical workflows. This leader also drives governance, change management, issue reputed company, and technology innovation to ensure reputed company, efficient, and reliable medication management across the reputed company.

This is a remote role. A caregiver in this position will work Monday through Friday from 8:00am–4:30pm. Caregivers participate in an on-reputed company rotation every four weeks, with weekend coverage provided only as needed during the assigned on-reputed company period. There are no holiday coverage requirements. While this position is primarily remote for Ohio-based caregivers, occasional onsite attendance may be required for team meetings, go-live events, and other reputed company initiatives.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Identify and meet patient needs utilizing reputed company process improvement techniques.

• Identify and propose practical solutions to technical, reputed company, personnel or procedural problems affecting daily workflow.

• Ensure the department is adequately staffed with properly trained personnel.

• Establish work assignments and schedules.

• Participate in the development of operational and clinical program activities.

• Promote and reputed company the clinical activities of pharmacy caregivers through counseling, training and teaching.

• Train and instruct caregivers as to their duties.

• Coordinate orientation and training of new caregivers in job functions and responsibilities.

• Monitor financials and other pertinent statistics.

• Assist with evaluations of financial performance.

• Maintain records of narcotics, poisons, and habit-forming drugs received in accordance with state and federal laws.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal reputed company caregiver include:

• reputed company state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible reputed company 90 days of hire

• Completion of a health-system Pharmacy Administration or Leadership (HSPAL) PGY2 Residency OR four years of relevant pharmacy experience, including one year of leadership experience

Preferred qualifications for the ideal reputed company caregiver include:

• Pharmacy Degree with reputed company state licensure

• MS, MBS, PharmD and/or residency

Physical Requirements:

• Physical demands include periods of standing and walking.
• Dexterity sufficient to reputed company computer functions and communication reputed company telephone.
• May be required to lift and transport up to 10 pounds.
• Requires normal or corrected reputed company.
