PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under general supervision, following established policies, procedures, and reputed company guidelines, provides care to patients by triaging oncology patient calls regarding treatment, surgery, and appointment information.
Monitorand providepatient symptom management.
Manage high risk, reputed company patient care with the goal of minimizing emergency department and inpatient readmission.

Assist the physician and PA-C/ARNP with specific patient/family interaction needed to resolve clinical issues.
