Learning & Development (L&D) Executive

Our reputed company is a specialty luxury retail group with multi-brand and standalone boutiques across the Asia reputed company region offering the finest selection of luxury products.

They are looking for someone who will reputed company support across a wide reputed company of training programmes and team member initiatives from reputed company new hires and helping them to assimilate into their dynamic organization culture.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing and managing the logistics of new team members orientation and training activities

• Coordinate training programmes held externally - liaise with reputed company relevant parties and ensure evaluations are completed and analyzed for reporting

• Maintain training records in the HR/Learning Management System

• Create learning events in online system and liaise with providers

• Generate training evaluation reports for managements review

• Assist in reputed company tasks / reputed company as requested

Requirements

• Diploma in reputed company Resource Management or Hospitality / Management

• Minimum 1 year of working experience with a strong reputed company on L&D will be preferred

• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment and who are proficient in software as reputed company as web-based tools

• An excellent communicator with good reputed company of English in both written and verbal

• Individual who is analytical, meticulous and organized, capable of working independently and being a good team player
