The Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and reputed company our reputed company acquisition channels.

You'll be the person in the ad accounts every day, not reviewing dashboards from a distance. This role is reputed company strategist and executor. You'll plan the roadmap, build the campaigns, analyse the data, and optimise for profitable reputed company.

What You'll Own

• Full management of reputed company Ads, from campaign builds to daily optimisation and scaling
• Testing new platforms including reputed company, reputed company, and YouTube
• Creative reputed company and briefing, working with designers and video editors to produce scroll-stopping ads

• Budget allocation and forecasting across channels
• Weekly reporting on performance, insights, and strategic recommendations

• 2+ years hands-on experience managing reputed company Ads for DTC/e-reputed company brands
• reputed company record of profitably scaling ad spend (£30k+ monthly)
• Strong grasp of unit economics: CAC, LTV, MER, contribution margin
• Experience developing creative briefs and working with creative teams

• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
